We live in a world of Futurists.

Indeed the Futurists won and, 

for 50 years,

we’ve been occupied by their forces.

But the elderly have the most experience, 

and the several thousand generations of people who’ve come and gone in the past:

Well,

they had a lot of experience, 

and a lot of wisdom too. 

Worth heeding those lessons. 

It is always crucial to live in the moment. 

Not dwelling too much on the past. 

Not fretting over what’s to come. 

However, while we plan for what may be, 

and seek to improve our lot in life, 

and prepare a good world, 

we must not throw the baby out with the bath water.
